89% of Kathie Lee & Hoda viewers say that sleeping in the nude is normal…76,000 views. Viewers said that bed clothes are restricting and others started in college when they saw they were the only one wearing a nightgown to bed.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Madonna Nipple Slip
In a concert over the weekend in Istanbul, Madonna decided to express herself when she had a nipple slip. However, this was not a wardrobe malfunction. Madonna’s nipple slip was intentional.
Liz Rosenberg said, “The nipple is enough of a statement for this week laugh out loud. Really, is there anyone in the world that hasn’t seen Madonna’s nipples at this point?”
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Lady Gaga Suffers Concussion
Another pop star had some crazy events happen to her during her concert. Lady Gaga, during a show in New Zealand, was hit on the head with a metal pole in the middle of her show. She was taken backstage, but did come out and finish her show and performed 16 more songs. It was confirmed she did suffer a concussion.
2012 Tony Awards Winner
The 2012 Tony Awards were held last night and hosted by Neil Patrick Harris. Kathie Lee and Hoda said they should just give him the gig permanently. Once was the big winner of the night, when it took home eight Tonys.
Some other winners were Steve Kazee for Best Actor in a Musical and Judith Light for Best Featured Actress in a Play.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Graduation Speech Stirs Controversy
In a graduation speech given in the Boston area, David McCullough, Jr. told the graduating seniors that, “you’re not special.” During his speech, David said that 3.2 million seniors are graduating this year from 37,000 high schools and that the trophies they won will not matter.
Hoda Kotb said that it was depressing, but Kathie Lee Gifford agrees with him. The speech was taken well, as the kids were laughing during the speech.
Robin Roberts Announces Bone Marrow Disease
Robin Roberts, co-host of Good Morning America, announced on her show this morning that she has a bone marrow disorder. Kathie Lee and Hoda said it is a pre-leukemia condition and Robin’s sister, Sally Roberts, will donate bone marrow. Robin’s doctors said she will beat this and Robin seemed optimistic.
