Kathie Lee & Hoda: New Kids On the Block 10 Review
The New Kids on the Block have sold more than 80 million records worldwide, they continue to sell out stadiums to this day and they have just released their new album, 10, which is their eighth studio album. But they don’t just have an album coming out. The New Kids on the Block are going on a tour this summer with Boyz II Men and 98 Degrees.

While talking with the band, Hoda noticed many of the fans outside the window were a lot younger than she thought they would be and she wondered why. The New Kids on the Block said their music is multi-generational. They have a lot of older fans who like their older music and remember growing up listening to the band while some of their newer music has attracted a younger audience. And after 28 years together, you can expect their summer tour to be filled with women of all ages.
Kathie Lee wondered why they didn’t change their name after 28 years of being the New Kids but the band said they would never change their name.
“The Beach Boys are still out there,” they said. “We have been telling ourselves that for 25 years.”

It might be Kathie Lee and Hoda’s five year anniversary but it is also the New Kids on the Block’s four year reunion anniversary. Only one day prior marked the four year anniversary of the New Kids on the Block announcing they would be getting back together on the Today Show.

The New Kids on the Block will be taking their new album on tour with them, saying audiences can look forward to a mixture of new songs along with a lot of their bigger hits from past years. They also said they were excited to be on the stage by themselves this time, saying they had to share the stage with the Backstreet Boys the last time they went on tour.
