Kathie Lee & Hoda: Joy’s Fitness Challenge
It is week seven of Joy’s Fitness Challenge and the competition is almost over. So far Team Hoda has two points while Team KLG has three points. To see which team would pull ahead today, Team Hoda and Team KLG went head to head in a workout. Each team leader, Hoda and Kathie Lee, would read an exercise their team has to do. As soon as the team hears what the exercise is, everyone on the team had to complete ten of those exercises before they could move on to the next exercise. Each team had 60 seconds to complete as many exercises as they could.
In the end it was Team Hoda who took home the point and evened the score.
After seven weeks of working out, both teams have lost a lot of weight.
Team Hoda Weight Loss
- Yelena – Starting weight was 145 pounds. She is now at 125 pounds.
- Jessica – Starting weight was 206 pounds. She is now at 188 pounds.
- Mindy – Starting weight was 198 pounds. She is now at 174 pounds.
Team KLG Weight Loss
- Zakiya – Starting weight was 235 pounds. She is now at 216 pounds.
- Heidi – Starting weight was 182 pounds. She is now at 158 pounds.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Tips For Painting Like a Professional
Kathie Lee and Hoda invited Genevieve Gorder on the show to give some advice for painting like a professional.
Her first trick was staying away from beige. She said to make your house colorful and don’t be afraid of color. She suggested bringing swatches with you when you go to the store. She said to bring a piece of your carpet or tile or furniture so you can see how the color will match the items in your house. And if you mess up don’t worry. Gorder said Valspar has an offer going on where you can return the paint you don’t like and they will give you another can for free of a different color.
When you start to paint the wall, Gorder suggested painting a small section of the wall and looking at it during different times of the day. She said light hitting the paint at different times of the day is going to make it look different.
