The View April 29 2013
Recapo update: Here are the segments from this episode.
- The View: Rebel Wilson Pain and Gain Review & Acting Hallucinations
- The View: Sherri Shepherd Plan D Review & Diabetes Exercise Routine
- The View: Fantasia Lose To Win, American Idol & Side Effects Of You
The View has an all new week of shows to usher in the month of May. Helping to keep the party going is guest co-host Jenny McCarthy. She’ll be joined by scheduled guests Rebel Wilson and Fantasia. Plus, co-hosts Whoopi and Sherri both have something special to say.
The View: Rebel Wilson
From the action comedy Pain & Gain, up and coming actress Rebel Wilson is a guest on The View’s Monday show. We’ll see her perspective on the movie, and by then we’ll have an idea of how things went for its opening weekend at the box office.
Do you plan to see this movie, based on a true story about bodybuilders-turned-robbers? It sounds like an outlandish premise, but it really happened. Maybe we’ll learn more about the inspiration for Rebel’s character during her April 29 View chat.
The View: Sherri Shepherd Plan D
Sherri Shepherd has written a new book, Plan D, about her goals of weight loss and diabetes management. She will be talking about her life with the disease and her latest project on The View, which she hosts. It has to be weird to be treated like a guest on your own show, I would think.
That’s also coming up on Monday. Plus, Whoopi Goldberg is taking viewers inside her unique shoe collection. I was not aware that she wore much else other than Crocs, so this should be illuminating.
The View: Fantasia & Jenny McCarthy
Musical guest Fantasia is also scheduled to perform on the show. Her big single is called “Lose To Win.” Does that refer to her American Idol past, or something else? She will be promoting her new album.
Jenny McCarthy, who hosts her own weekly nighttime show on VH1, is signed up as a guest co-host for several days next week. We’ll see what she brings to the party with the ladies on Monday’s live April 29 episode of The View.
