Tom Jones will be performing, and the weight loss success stories will continue in this week’s “Year of the Viewer.”

Scandal Season Finale

If the history books are any indication, the press, along with the rest of world, enjoy themselves a good political scandal. From Monica Lewinsky and Bill Clinton to the Kennedy family and Marilyn Monroe, to Watergate and Richard Nixon, we really can’t get enough of the White House’s seedier side. With all that being said, it’s a surprise that ABC’s Scandal didn’t come along sooner.

The View: Cast Of Scandal Make Appearance & Tom Jones Performs

Tom Jones will be performing and the cast of Scandal will appear on The View May 13 2013.

Based around character Olivia Pope, a former White House Communications Director who leaves her government post to start her own crisis management firm, the show is all about how her past is following her around into what she was hoping would be a fresh start. The show has received mixed reviews thus far, so it will be hard to say if Scandal will still be on anyone’s mind a few years from now.

The View: Tom Jones Performs

The singer responsible for songs such as “She’s a Lady” will be performing on The View tomorrow. The performer’s last album came out last year, so it’s safe to say that this performance has little to do with any kind of promotion.

With his rise to fame occurring in the 1960’s with the song “It’s Not Unusual,” Tom Jones is considered to be one of the most prominent voices in the British Invasion. With such a long career, it will be interesting to see what he decides to perform tomorrow.
