Sharon Osbourne has tried the Atkins plan and finally found weight loss success around age 60. She did not exercise, and she was overweight. She credits the Atkins lifestyle with keeping her full, so she does not cheat when she gets hungry.
Collette said that Atkins lets followers eat delicious foods, while cutting carbohydrates with a focus on healthy fats and protein.
“As long as you’re satisfied and the food is delicious, there’s more of a likelihood you’ll do it for the rest of your life,” she said.
