The Talk February 14 2013 will feature a Family Ties reunion for Michael Gross and Meredith Baxter, as well as a Nigella Lawson Valentine’s Day recipe.

Meredith Baxter and Michael Gross were the ideal TV parents on the classic ‘80s series Family Ties. Baxter has been a staple of television and TV movies for the last several decades and in 2011, she published a memoir, Untied.

Since leaving Family Ties and the Keatons behind in 1989, Michael Gross has kept busy in movies such as the Tremors series and many TV guest appearances or voiceover roles. He also has a recurring role on How I Met Your Mother.


These two are reuniting for The Talk on Valentine’s Day. Did you know they were born on the exact same day, in the same year? They had great on-screen chemistry and have been friends in real life ever since. Now we will see them on TV together again for The Talk.
