Comedian, actor, and author Bob Newhart is a well-known comedian who starred in two hit sitcoms in the 1970s and ‘80s. Since then, he has appeared in comedy specials, TV movies, and even dramas.

He even mastered the twist ending by linking his sitcoms together and suggesting that his character had entirely dreamed the second series, which ran for eight seasons.


Coming up, he will be a guest in the season finale of The Big Bang Theory. Newhart will be chatting with the ladies about his long and storied career during a visit to The Talk on May 1 2013.

The Talk: The Band Perry

The Band Perry is a trio of siblings from Tennessee who hit it big in 2010 with their platinum debut album. The release was full of resonant singles, including “If I Die Young.”

Now the group is ready to follow up on their early success with a sophomore recording, Pioneer, released in April 2013.
