His son Keller tries to get the dog’s food, no matter how many times Scott tries to thwart this plan. He and his wife Marika also have a three-year-old daughter, Malina.

Scott and his family recently moved into a new house, because his family is continuing to grow. This time, he got a house with a larger plot of land than he has had in the past.

He said that he is always busy keeping up with the yardwork and household chores. He said that he is always replacing flashlight batteries and light bulbs.

Foley portrays Captain Jake Ballard in the second season of Scandal. He previously worked with Scandal creator Shonda Rhimes on Grey’s Anatomy, and she thought of him for the part.

But Rhimes was reluctant to give up too much information about his character in the initial stages. Nonetheless, he got on board, and The Talk revealed that Twitter reaction shows audiences don’t know how to feel about the character.

Is Foley creepy or gentlemanly? In each episode, audiences are finding out more and more about Captain Ballard.

“I think it’s still up in the air as to whether he’s a good guy or a bad guy,” Foley concluded.
