The Talk: Marcia Gay Harden Kids
Marcia Gay Harden is a mother of three, including eight-year-old twins and a 14-year-old daughter.
“The word ‘mom’ has progressively gotten more and more and more syllables” as her kids get older, she said.
She said that she knows she is there to be a parent and not a friend, and she expected that parenthood would become tougher as the children grew up.

She compared her twins to “an old married couple,” and she watches how they interact with one another. They are even in sync when they are asleep, because they have similar movements.
“I think they have a physical connection,” she said. Howie Mandel called them “womb-mates.”
The Talk: Marcia Gay Harden & Zac Efron
Her kids are excited about her work with Zac Efron in the movie Parkland, about the final hours of John F Kennedy Jr. at a teaching hospital in the Dallas area.
Efron reportedly tweeted that working with Marcia made her want to be a better man. For her part, “Zac made me want to be a younger woman.”
Both actors were uncertain about what to do to make the medical work look authentic. They bonded over discussing the craft of acting.
Parkland is scheduled for release in 2013.
