Bill O’Reilly said he wanted to know what this organization’s plan was for building an infrastructure in these Third World countries to get them clean water. He said he’s invited Matt Damon to come onto the show to talk about it and the actor is considering it. Bill O’Reilly said he hoped he would, so he could ask him about it.
