The Doctors: P.I.N.K. Method Update
Many women have lost weight and got healthy using the P.I.N.K. Method. The method was really popular among viewers and The Doctors wanted to highlight two women who used the method and finally found success. Three years later, Rachel and Brittany were there on the show to reveal their before and afters. The duo looked absolutely incredible, showing off their weight loss. Since losing the weight, Rachel said she now has confidence, which is something she was missing before. Brittany said her self esteem has sky-rocketed ever since she lost 20 pounds and maintained it.
Cynthia Pasquella, author of “P.I.N.K. Method” said we have to “stop putting band-aids on the problem” and actually offer people a solution to help them get to the real reason why they eat in the first place. The method is about staying active, eating balanced meals, and sustainability. It’s also about saving money and it’s great for busy women because all the guess-work is gone.
The Doctors: Did Tanning Addict Change Her Ways?
The Doctors then reminded everyone of Kori, who’s tanning habit was out of control. She was going 6-7 times a week, sometimes twice a day, and never used sunscreen. She has a 9-year-old daughter who would always yell at her about her tanning habit. The Doctors wanted to perform a “health scare” so they had a team of makeup artist make up Kori’s face to show her what she would likely look like in twenty years if she continued her tanning habit. They also did a skin analysis to determine how much damage she already had, finding a pre-cancerous spot above her eyebrow.
That was about two years ago, so did Kori change her ways? The Doctors were joined by Kori, via Skype, and she shared that since she’s left the show, she found other methods to achieve a tan. She’s also been working on focusing on her inner beaty. Kori also went and met with a dermatologist, getting a full-body scan, finding out that the scan was negative. You could really see Kori glow!
