The Drs: Exercises For Your Face

The Doctors will explain what specialized exercises can fight the signs of aging. If you didn’t think fitness for your face was a real thing, prepare to learn something new! You may look a little funny while doing these exercises, but I don’t think you’ll complain much once you begin to see results!
