The Drs: 5-Year-Old Girl Inspiring Other Cancer Patients
The Doctors shared a commercial of a 5-year-old named Hannah who was diagnosed with Wilms’ Tumors. In the video, she explained that her tumor looks like meatballs on her kidneys, and right now, those tumors are gone. She explained how medicine kills the cells that grow her tumor. She shares that she wants to be on the news and in the newspaper to show how brave she’s been while dealing with cancer. “If you have cancer, don’t worry, because I am brave and you can be brave also,” Hannah says in the video.
The Doctors welcomed Hannah, her parents, and her cancer doctor to the show. Hannah said she filmed the video because she wants kids to know they don’t have to be afraid of cancer. She said it makes her feel really good to know that she’s helping other kids.

Dr Travis Stork invited Hannah to come onto the stage and sit in his chair, since she said she wanted to be on TV. Hannah said she loves her doctor, Dr Julie Grabowski, and asked her how she was doing. Dr Grabowski explained that Hannah had bilateral Wilms’ Tumors, which was a tumor on each kidney. After radiation, chemotherapy, and surgery, Hannah is now cancer-free.
Dr Rachael Ross then said she knew that Hannah really liked Doc McStuffins as well, and shared that Doc McStuffins had a very special message for her. Doc McStuffins told Hannah that they saw her video, loved it, and knows that with Hannah’s help, every kid can be just as brave as she is. “We love you, Hannah!” Doc McStuffins said. The smile on Hannah’s face was absolutely adorable!
The Doctors then gave Hannah her very own pair of The Doctors scrubs before sharing that Expedia was sending her entire family on a vacation aboard Disney Cruise Lines.
Hannah then looked into the camera and said, “I am brave and you can be brave also.”
