Did you know using a tanning bed can increase your risk of melanoma by about 70 percent? While The Doctors will always advise against heading to the tanning salon, they would never deprive anyone of getting a nice tan so they came up with an all-natural way to get a beautiful tan without heading to the salon.

Dr. Lisa Masterson demonstrated on a model, Bryce, how you can use a mixture of cocoa powder and almond oil to get a nice looking tan. Simply mix the two ingredients together in a bowl, using more cocoa powder for a darker look and less for a lighter look. After you have found the right consistency, start rubbing the mixture into your skin for a nice tan look.

Dr. Masterson also found it looked best when you wipe some of the mixture off after it is applied to the skin.

Celebrity trainer Ashley Borden stopped by the show to share how it is possible to get an awesome workout using only a PVC pipe. She liked to call them posture sticks because they are a great way to get your posture back to perfect while also being a great tool for getting warmed up before a workout or to use for an entire workout.

“This stick helps with alignment and gives you feedback right away,” she said.

She said the best aspect of the stick is the muscle memory it creates for the body. It helps you find your center for good, even when you try working out without the PVC pipe. Basically it is like your own personal trainer that can be used any time. Check out the video below to hear her explain how to perform three different exercises with the pipe. Also, Dr. Travis Stork reminded everyone body weight workouts such as these can be great for the body even without the weights.
