The Doctors: Should You Fry In Lard?
The Doctors then reported that according to new research, frying with lard may be better than frying with certain vegetable oils. They looked at what happens with corn oil or sunflower oil, which results in a higher risk of everything from cancer to dementia. Things like olive oil and coconut oil did well, but it’s important to know that high temperatures can really change the result, and lard is actually an all-natural product. But still, let it be known that this isn’t an excuse to go fry things in lard. No matter how you go about it, frying still isn’t healthy.
The Doctors: Dangers Of Not Wearing A Seatbelt
The Doctors also shared that one in seven people will regularly drive without a seatbelt. They then showed the shocking video of a man who’s body was launched onto a freeway sign after a tragic accident on a Los Angeles freeway. His body was projected through the windshield, landing on the sign. It was later revealed that he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. The CDC says that men are 10% less likely than women to wear seatbelts. No matter who you are, you are much better off wearing your seatbelt, so buckle in as soon as you get in the car.
The Doctors: Dance For Better Health
Finally, The Doctors explained that you can use dance to improve your overall health. Just wiggling and shaking it can improve your mood and improve balance. So come on, go ahead and dance!
