The Doctors: Mother-Daughter Plastic Surgery
The Doctors talked to Kayla and Georgina, a mother-daughter duo who have spent more than $87,000. The pair love having plastic surgery together. Kayla explained that when she was 17-years-old she started stripping and a few months into it, she met a “sugar daddy” who gives her a set amount each week, as well as little more to get breast implants. Georgina said she doesn’t mind what her daughter does, “because they’re living the dream.” She said she was proud of her daughter.
Georgina and Kayla joined the show all the way from the U.K. Kayla is now 20-years-old and Georgina said that even if she disagreed with what her daughter was doing, she would go ahead and do it anyway. Dr Andrew Ordon said they were enabling each other to engage in dangerous and wreckless behavior. Dr Ordon said it’s a slippery slope to try and look like a celebrity, pointing to their obsession with Katie Price. They explained that they actually didn’t like Katie’s lips or breasts because they were “too small.”
The Doctors: Obsessed With Plastic Surgery
In January, Kayla and Georgina are going under the knife again to each have breast enhancements. Dr Ordon said it’s incredibly dangerous to go to a size JJ, like they want to, because it stretches the skin. Dr Jenn Mann said Georgina has a very distorted sense of what should be a priority for herself and for her daughter, and also about what is aesthetically pleasing. She’s encouraging her daughter to take huge risks and Dr Mann said they need to sit down and talk to a therapist. Kayla argued that she’ll do what she wants regardless of what her mom said “so she’s either with her or she’s not.”
Dr Mann said they both need to find value and passion in their lives, outside of plastic surgery and their looks. They both admitted that all they really care about is plastic surgery and looking a certain way, although Georgina said she wakes up in the morning, focused on her son. Dr Travis Stork said there are safer ways to achieve ideals, and encouraged them to stay safe.
What do you think about Kayla and Georgina? Is the mother to blame for how the daughter was?
