The Doctors shared three surprising hair mistakes that could be damaging your hair. First, pulling your wet hair back into a tight bun or rubber band is a huge mistake because your hair is most fragile when it’s wet. Fabric hair ties are much better for your hair.

You always want to make sure you’re using the right brush or comb for the right thing. Paddle brushes are great for straight hair and round brushes work when you’re blow drying your hair, so that you can curl it without needing a lot of heat later. When your hair is still wet, you want to use a wide-toothed comb.

He experienced engine failure minutes after taking off and crash-landed on a nearby golf course. The 72-year-old actor suffered a head wound and broken arm but was alert and talking to first responders. He is expected to make a full recovery and several stars gave him a shout-out.

The Doctors pointed out that we’ve all been told for quite some time that the main risk factor for type-2 diabetes is obesity, but recently, scientists have discovered another risk factor, which is lack of sunshine. Researchers found a link between low vitamin D levels and diabetes, despite the participants’ weight. The Doctors prescription of the day is to not be afraid of a little sunshine. A little can be good, but don’t get too much.
