The Drs: Spring Cleaning Tips
The Doctors shared three tips for helping you spring clean. First, to figure out what clothes you no longer wear and need to get rid of, start by hanging them on hangers going one way, and then as you wear them, turn the hangers around. After one to six months, if the hanger is still facing the way it started, throw those clothes out.
Next, Dr Jennifer Ashton said you have to fold effectively. She said most people fold their shirts and pile them one on top of the other. Instead, fold the shirts and then stack them so you can see what’s on the front of each shirt.
You should also clean clockwise. That way you won’t skip a spot or clean the same spot over and over. You want to clean when your energy is at its highest. “Highest” was the word of the day and you can use the word to enter for the chance to win a $100 gift card to Ecos Earth Friendly house cleaning products.

Faris is juggling work and motherhood with the help of her husband, star of Guardians of the Galaxy, Chris Pratt. Anna said her husband is helpful and she likes to make him long lists of chores. The Drs: Mama June Spine Condition?
Mama June came to The Doctors in February 2015 seeking help for her daughter with weight problems. Honey Boo Boo is now eating recipes from The Doctor’s Diet and will return to the show soon to share her progress. It’s been reported that Mama June is suffering from a weight-related spinal condition. She’s made great strides in losing weight, and they have come out saying that the rumors about Mama June aren’t true and are coming from a family member that doesn’t even speak to the family.
The Drs: Break In New Shoes
The Doctors then shared a great way to break in a pair of shoes in just three minutes. Slip on thick socks and the shoes, then blow warm air on the shoes with a blow dryer while wiggling you feet. Keep the shoes on while they cool, and the shoes should break in a bit. Be sure to avoid burning yourself with the blow dryer. If it’s too uncomfortable, don’t do it!
