Kym Johnson knows how to tear up the dance floor on Dancing with the Stars, revealing that she wasn’t planning on falling for her partner Robert Herjavec, but she did and the romance continued even after the show was over! Kym is certainly in fantastic shape, so she wanted to share a few of her favorite foods with The Doctors. Kym absolutely loves pancakes but doesn’t like the way they make her feel, so she instead makes flourless pancakes with just banana, egg, and a pinch of baking powder! She likes to top it with maple syrup on occasion!

For lunch, Kym likes to a SALT sandwich, made up of salmon, avocado, lettuce, and tomato on a sprouted grain bread. It’s so good it’ll make you want to dance. For dessert, Kym loves to make Sweet Comfort Tea that includes coconut milk, cacao, and cinnamon. You can find more of Kym’s favorite recipes in her new book “The 5-6-7-8 Diet.”

The Doctors: Ways To Boost Your Smile

The Doctors then looked at three simple ways to boost your smile. Sticky carbs like bread, rice, and pasta can actually cause cavities. Sometimes simple carbs can be even worse for your teeth than candy because it tends to really stick to your teeth. You should also know that cavities are contagious, and are actually one of the top most contagious diseases an America! You can actually get a cavity from kissing because there are certain kinds of bacteria that cause cavities, that can be transferred. Always practice good oral hygiene.

Third, relax and do some yoga because it can help with stress, which could cause teeth grinding at night. Stress and cause you to constantly grit your teeth, which is why a little yoga before bed will help you calm down and sleep better to avoid those damaging habits.
