The Doctors: Exercise During Pregnancy
A-list celebrities are known for staying fit while pregnant, so The Doctors sent their own Dr Rachael Ross for a look inside Hollywood’s top training facility with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak. To warm up, they went for a walk and then came inside to do a stiff-leg deadlift where Dr Rachael kept her legs almost completely straight while bending over at the waist. In her hands, she held dumbbells, which she slid down the front of her legs as she bent over, targeting her hamstrings and glutes. Harley made sure to check her heart rate to be sure it was below 140 beats per minute.
