The Drs: Kelly Osbourne Seizure

Recently, Joan and Melissa’s Fashion Police co-host Kelly Osbourne made headlines when she suffered a seizure on set. Melissa described the event in full detail. Kelly turned to Melissa and said, “I don’t feel well.” All of a sudden, Kelly jerked backwards and began seizing. With the help of an EMT from the audience, Kelly was brought to the floor until the seizure ended, which lasted about 30 seconds.

Now, Kelly has been released from the hospital and is reportedly doing fine. Dr. Travis Stork said that Melissa did the right thing by protecting Kelly, because the number one thing you should do when someone has a seizure is prevent them from hurting themselves. Hear this harrowing story on the Kelly Osbourne seizure in the video below.

The Doctors: Sleeping Less Than Six Hours Is Harmful To Health

Joan and Melissa shared some more details from their reality show, Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best. There was even a clip where Joan kissed a woman which was something from her “bucket list.” “I’d had two glasses of chardonnay, and I was thinking, ‘maybe?’” she said. It didn’t exactly work out, but in the end, she’s glad she tried it.

Joan’s busy schedule of filming, hosting and doing comedy doesn’t leave much time for sleep. Amazingly, Joan is able to sleep sitting up and takes power naps in between filming segments for her show. That’s because she sleeps only about 4-5 hours a night.

However, Joan is almost 80-years-old, and sleeping less than six hours a night can be harmful to your health. Dr. Travis recommends that the busy star find some “Joan time” in order to get enough rest. “You can’t go at this pace forever,” Dr. Travis said, but Melissa assured Dr. Travis that nothing will change about her stubborn mom’s sleep routine.
