The Drs TV: CleanWave Vacuum Review
The Doctors shared a variety of ways to avoid getting sick this winter, which include the following:
Stress or worries, about getting sick or other concerns, can weaken your immune system, making you more likely to end up sick.
Don’t take unnecessary medications.
Taking antiviral medications when you don’t need to is not going to keep you from getting sick. Dr. Andrew Ordon suggested making sure you understand the instructions on over the counter medications.
Completely dry your laundry.
Dr. Travis Stork said a University of Arizona study found that damp laundry enabled E. Coli and other bacteria to survive a trip through the laundry.
Carry your own pen.
Avoid germs by taking your own pen with you to the bank, grocery store, or anywhere else out and about. That way you won’t pick up germs from someone else’s pen.
Clean your shared bed.
If your significant other is sick, you can clean their germs out of the bed.

Dr. Andrew Ordon: Household Dust Dangers
Here are some reasons to pull the couch or refrigerator out from the wall and make sure it’s clean back there.
Household dust can contain microbes and bacteria that could make you sick and lead to allergies and asthma in children.
These carry a virus that can make you sick if you breathe it in. Wear a mask before cleaning these up.
Bad food can grow mold, which can release poisonous toxins.
Check around your baseboards, especially after a leak or plumbing problem. This can cause allergies, skin issues, cough, and more.
Faulty wiring can be a safety hazard, especially for children.
