The Doctors: Apps To Make You Money
Don’t you wish you could make some money without actually working? Sounds way too good to be true right? The Doctors brought in a financial expert, Farnoosh Torabi, to share what apps you can download to put more money in your wallet. The first app is called Turo. Turo lets you rent out your car, and they throw in a $1 million liability insurance policy for you as well as 24/7 roadside assistance. You can make up to $720 a month with Turo!
Gigwalk is another app that lets you find easy-to-do tasks around your neighborhood, that could take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. You log into the app and perform tasks, such as taking pictures of a product at a grocery store, and earn up to $100 per gig! It’s an app used by companies who like to check in on the condition of their products to find out how they’re being presented or how many people are interested in their events.
There’s also a new app called Acorns that helps you invest automatically, on-the-go. Every time you spend money, it takes the change and puts it into an investment portfolio. If you spend $3.15 on a cup of coffee, Acorns would round it to $4 and take that $.85 and put it into a diversified investment portfolio for you. If you start by saving just $7 a day in loose change, over the course of three months that adds up to as much as $600!
The Doctors: Shocking Belly Button Blackhead Extraction
The Doctors played a video of what looked like a rock being removed from someone’s belly button, before explaining that it was basically a giant blackhead! It was then reported that the average belly button contains 67 different species of bacteria, which is all the more reason to regularly clean your belly button. It shouldn’t be that difficult to avoid a blackhead of that size!
