Dr Travis Stork welcomed POPSUGAR fitness expert Anna Renderer, who was excited to share a few exercise moves to improve your love life. First, she got into a plank position, forming a straight line with her body will balancing on her hands and toes. She then rocked her hips side to side, holding her core strong, to target her obliques and back. She suggested you throw some kegel exercises into the mix as well, while you work out.
Then, to work out your booty, lie on your back with your knees bent, then raise your hips off the ground and squeeze the glutes to engage your legs, glutes, and back.
The Doctors: Measure Your Bra Size With An App
Would you believe that an app can allegedly measure your bra size simply by taking a picture? The Doctors put Third Love to the test to see if it could really work! Four women had a general idea of what their bra size was, and Yuri, a wardrobe stylist for The Doctors, explained that she would typically measure above the breasts to get your band size, and then measure the largest part of the breasts to get your cup size. She measured the women, and then had the four women try the app to see how accurate the measurements were.
Surprisngly, the app got the measurements correct for each of the four women. Dr Andrew Ordon said he would put the app to use in his own practice, because it’s important to get fitted in the right bra after surgery. The Doctors: Goodbye Man Buns, Hello Man Braids
Dr Stork was then thrilled to report that the man bun was “officially dead” but now, many men are sporting man braids. Dr Rachael Ross said “the brothers” have been doing braids for years, so it’s actually old school. Dr Stork joked that he would not be running to get his hair braided!

The Doctors: Hugh Jackman Skin Cancer
For their News in 2:00, The Doctors reported that for the fourth time, Hugh Jackman has gone public about his battle with skin cancer. The 47-year-old actor posted a picture of his nose with a bandage on it, and a tweet that said the picture was an example of what happens when you don’t use sunscreen. He also included in the tweet that he had basal cell, which is the mildest form of cancer, before encouraging everyone to use sunscreen.
If left untreated, basal cell carcinoma can spread into other tissues and bone. Most dermatologists recommend a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher if you’re outdoors, even on cloudy days.
The Doctors: Dengue Fever Hawaii State Of Emergency
An outbreak of dengue fever has caused Hawaii officials to declare a State of Emergency. More than 250 cases of the virus have been confirmed on Hawaii’s big island. Dengue is spread through mosquito bites and there is no vaccine to prevent symptoms which are similar to those of the flu. But symptoms can develop into what has been called “the deadly dengue hemorrhagic fever.”
