What Do Bed Bugs Look Like?
Bed Bugs are “flat, round, and reddish-brown,” Dr Travis said, using a special light and camera to give the audience a close and personal look. Bed Bugs feed on blood, but they can live for months without feeding. That’s why they lurk in the furniture, your suitcase, or other household items.
Pest control companies have reported that Bed Bug business has doubled over the last decade, with reports on the rise everywhere. The bugs are also becoming more resistant to pesticide treatments. Look for bites in groups of three.

Top Dog Pest Control Review
Back in the studio, Nataly explained how dog provide a healthy alternative to other methods for rooting out Bed Bugs.
“It’s safe, it’s non-toxic. The dogs are a great way to find Bed Bugs, because their keen sense of smell can detect all stages,” she said.
Beagles and Dachshunds are among the best breeds for detecting scents, Dr Andrew Ordon explained. Humans have about 5 million scent receptors, compared to dogs who have about 225 million.
Dr Ordon used a postage stamp to represent the size of the human body area that can detect scents. However, dogs have a much larger area, approximately the size of an 8.5” x 11” standard sheet of paper.
