  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 Limes (for juice)
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil

Wing Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chipotle in Adobo (pureed)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • Lime Zest
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

The Chew Chipotle Chicken Wings Recipe Directions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a gallon plastic bag with wings. Toss to coat and refrigerate overnight or at least 12 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F and heat oil to 360 F.
  3. Spread wings on a baking sheet with leftover marinade. Bake 15-20 minutes until almost cooked through.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool.
  5. Combine wing sauce ingredients in a saucepan on medium.
  6. Whisk occasionally until butter is melted. Season with salt and more honey if needed.
  7. Add wings to heated oil, frying for four to five minutes until crispy.
  8. Let rest and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.
  9. Pour sauce on wings in a bowl and toss to coat.
  10. Add cilantro and serve with favorite sauces.

The Chew: Korean Style Chicken Wings Recipe Ingredients

The world tour of chicken wings continued with these spicy Korean-style fried wings.

  • 3 lb Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 1/4 cups Water
  • Vegetable Oil

Sauce Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Korean Chile Paste
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Rice Vinegar

  1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven to 360 F.
  2. Combine flour, water, and cornstarch in a bowl. Add chicken to mixture in batches and toss to coat.
  3. Fry chicken about six minutes, to dark gold and crispy.
  4. Remove chicken and rest on paper towels and a plate.
  5. Repeat cooking process for all chicken.
  6. Combine sauce ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  7. Serve sauce over chicken wings.
