  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt

The Chew made a 300-Calorie Grilled Chicken Recipe, complete with a spring salad on the side, to show families how to make healthy foods everyone can enjoy.

  1. Season chicken heavily and let rest, wrapped in plastic, overnight in the fridge.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 F and remove chicken 30 minutes before cooking.
  3. Heat a grill to medium high.
  4. Prepare chicken with olive oil rub.
  5. Place on the grill, breast down, until charred, around five minutes.
  6. Flip chicken and grill on the opposite side for up to three minutes.
  7. Transfer chicken pan to oven and cook up to 20 minutes, until chicken reaches 165 F.
  8. Combine asparagus and onions in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  9. Grill until charred, around six minutes. Set aside.
  10. Combine yogurt with orange zest and fresh orange juice in a bowl.
  11. Add mint, olive oil, salt, and pepper, adjusting seasonings as desired.
  12. Toss grilled veggies with peas in the vinaigrette dressing and serve with chicken.

  • 12 oz Canned Tuna In Oil, drained
  • 2 cups Nacho Cheese Chips, ground
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

The Chew: Mario Batali Cheesy Tuna Dumpling Recipe Directions

  1. Heat a pot of water on medium high and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce and simmer.
  3. Soak bread crumbs in milk.
  4. Separately, mix tuna with crushed nacho chips and cheddar.
  5. Squeeze extra milk from bread. Add bread in with tuna.
  6. Season to taste.
  7. Mix egg into the bowl and form dumplings.
  8. Drop dumplings into pot of water.
  9. Poach dumplings for three to four minutes.
  10. Remove dumplings with a slotted spoon and let rest.
  11. In a pan on medium high, fry dumplings in olive oil for about four minutes.
  12. Season and serve immediately.
