The sweet fruits balance the flavor of the kale, and there is bonus calcium and protein hidden in here. Pineapple is anti-inflammatory as well. Daphne’s pregnancy taste is running toward tart, which is why she loves the lime juice.
- 1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Frozen Banana
- 1/3 cup Frozen Cherries
- 1/3 cup Yogurt
- 3 stemmed, chopped Kale leaves
- 2 tsp Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 3/4 cup Apple Cider

As a bonus tip, Daphne suggested juicing an entire bag of limes at once. Then you can freeze the juice in ice trays to have it handy on a moment’s notice.
