  • 3 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 2 scallions – white and light green part only, sliced thin
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese – softened
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 C blue cheese – crumbled
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

To Serve:

  • carrot sticks
  • ridged potato chips
  • celery sticks
  • blue potato chips

The Chew: Spicy Warm Blue Cheese Dip Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
  2. To the bowl of a food processor, add milk, cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, garlic chili sauce, and pepper
  3. Pulse until combined then remove to a bowl
  4. Add the scallions and blue cheese, then stir
  5. Remove to a 1/2-qt baking dish and bake until melted, about 15 minutes
  6. Serve hot or warm with carrots, celery, and chips on the side
