The Chew: Pan-Fried Dumplings With Sausage

There is an unbelievable number of international flavors and dishes at Walt Disney World. The hosts of The Chew got to experience some of them as they visited Orlando, Florida for the International Food and Wine Festival. During their last day at Epcot, Mario Batali was challenged to create an internationally-inspired dish using ingredients randomly selected by a member of the audience. He was given a basket of Chinese ingredients that included wonton wrappers, so he immediately knew he would make some sort of dumpling. But after another challenge, he was given German sausage that he had to incorporate into his recipe. Mario seemed to easily come up with his recipe for Pan-Fried Dumplings with Sausage, as if he had it planned the whole time!
