Elizabeth Karmel may be a professional, but even an amateur can pull of her Lobster Tails with Pastis Creme! Speaking of seafood, Mario Batali was challenged to use smoked fish in a dish, and came up with surprisingly tasty Smoked Fish Tortelloni.
