Carla Hall took us all on a ride to her own imaginary fair, preparing Fried Cinnamon Apple Biscuits that deserve a booth all their own! Mario Batali shared a recipe for Crispy Crepes with Prosciutto and Rosemary that had his co-hosts raving. Michael Symon went as far as to say that this recipe could quite possibly be his favorite of Mario’s. If that’s not enough to get you to try them, then I don’t know what is!

Michael Symon was then joined by Christie Brinkley, the 62-year-old ageless beauty who has appeared on more than 500 magazine covers. Because she typically enjoys a plant-based vegan diet, Michael wanted to put together something that was both crispy and diet-friendly. Christie helped him put together a refreshing Lentil and Butternut Squash Salad that she admitted she would even enjoy for breakfast.
