They solved common dinner dilemmas, and Carla Hall prepared Spaghetti and Pecan Meatballs, a delicious vegetarian dinner. Kenji Lopez-Alt, author of “The Food Lab,” shared his recipe for Pan-Roasted Chicken with White Wine Sauce, using a unique technique to create restaurant-style sauce.
