Pierogies are typically filled with potatoes or even meat, so why not lighten things up and fill them with vegetables instead? Don’t worry, Michael Symon’s Spring Pea Pierogies are just as delicious as the other versions. Perhaps they’re even better considering Michael cooked them in brown butter!

While Carla couldn’t exactly recreate the fine details of her practically perfect example, she did manage to show how to come pretty darn close!
