Is there really anything better than turning fresh vegetables into a delicious dish for everyone to enjoy? How about one inspired by trips across the world? Carla Hall was inspired to create a European dish and crafted Provencal Chicken with Olives, Greens Beans, and Potatoes. Mario Batali also turned fresh vegetables into Spring Paella, proving that food can both look and taste good, while being good for you!

As good as American food is, just about all of it was at least inspired by other dishes from around the world. Carla Hall created a European-style Provencal Chicken with Olives, Green Beans, and Potatoes. The side dish is almost as good as the chicken!
