Whether you’re reaching for tomatoes sold at a crazy low price or stuffing your bag full of vibrant green zucchini, you’ll want to take advantage of the fresh goods! But what do do with them once you bring them home? Daphne Oz loves zucchini, and recently began enjoying a Shaved Zucchini Salad, the recipe for which she shared on the show. Then, Carla Hall put some veggies to good use in her Succotash recipe that she then topped with Spicy Shrimp!
