The hosts of The Chew were all about leftovers during their Tuesday April 12 episode. Clinton Kelly managed to find a way to turn leftover mashed potatoes into deliciously crispy Ham and Pea Potato Croquettes. Michael Symon and Daphne Oz also worked together to prepare Savory Waffles with Smoked Kielbasa and Honey Butter, using ingredients they found while raiding the fridge for leftovers.

When Carla Hall and Clinton Kelly raided the fridge, they found Swiss chard, leftover rice, and other tasty ingredients that they then combined to prepare Hoppin’ John Rolls! This dish is similar to stuffed cabbage rolls, but the use of Swiss chard makes for a slightly more crisp bite!

Michael Symon and Daphne Oz combined southern and Polish inspiration, to make their dish! They used leftovers like caramelized onions and brown rice to make Savory Waffles, and then topped the waffles with Smoked Kielbasa and a smooth, flavorful Honey Butter.
