The South Beach Burger Bash is hosted by Rachael Ray, and it is part of the annual South Beach Wine & Food Festival. This competition brings together chefs from the best restaurants in the country, who want to show off their wares and specialties in this cutthroat competition.
What goes into making an award-winning burger? You will have to ask Michael Symon, who is the reigning champion of the People’s Choice for Best Burger in the competition. He has taken the title for the past three years, and in 2013 he is hoping to add a fourth trophy to his collection.
