The Chew: Chef Roble Jerk Pork and Pineapple Salsa Recipe
Chef Roble will come by The Chew yet again to share his great Jerk Pork and Pineapple Salsa recipe. Chef Roble has been on The Chew a lot to share his recipes and explore restaurants across the United States lately and he always brings an interesting take on cuisine and locales.
I’m really excited to learn about this particular recipe, because usually when it comes to Jerk sauce, we’re usually talking about chicken. Caribbean Jerk or Jamaican Jerk Chicken is incredibly delicious. But I’ve never heard of herj sauce being applied to pork. It should be interesting to see whether he changes the sauce by adding other flavors that might be more complimentary to the pork. We’ll have to tune in to find out!
