The Chew: Awesome Thanksgiving Day Side Dishes Complete With Recipes

The Chew November 16 2012 is all about the Thanksgiving day side dishes. No Thanksgiving is complete without mashed potatoes, stuffing & some cranberry.

The Chew are serving up some delicious Thanksgiving Day side dish recipes.

Everyone knows no Thanksgiving would be complete without some delicious side dishes to accompany the turkey, beer and football. Warm, buttery mashed potatoes pilled high with lots of gooey turkey gravy. Warm stuffing filled with sausage. And the desserts, which we shall count as side dishes because they are amazing, just waiting to be devoured after five helpings of turkey.

Time to speculate on the dishes again. What do you think The Chew are going to be cooking up for some Thanksgiving Day side dishes? Let me know in the comments.

Since I usually don’t get these right, I don’t think I have guessed right yet, I am going to go a bit reserved and say The Chew are going to make some special mashed potatoes. They have to right? That’s the quintessential side dish. I mean, they have made the stuffing already, they made some dumplings you could add as a side, they made some desserts you could eat after Thanksgiving. They have even show us recipes for all the leftovers we are going to have.

But they haven’t touched the mashed potato dish as of yet. I hope they don’t go to crazy with the side dishes though. Maybe I am just a traditionalist, but I like my Thanksgiving to be about the turkey and the stuffing. I don’t need much more.

Well I guess we will all find out what Thanksgiving Day side dish recipes The Chew cook up November 16 2012. If you miss any part of the episode or need some of these side dish recipes, stop by Recapo tomorrow afternoon for a full recap.
