Paula Deen is infamous for many things, one of which is making very fatty foods. She’s known for not caring about the amount of butter or sugar in her dishes, making sweets and doing it all with some Southern charm. But now, she’s making headlines for her decision to create a new low-fat cookbook. Say what? I wonder what it was that made her decide to make this new cookbook. It’s a sign of the times when even Paula Deen is considering going healthy!
She’s also been making headlines for her new restaurant opening in Tennessee, as well as her new podcast Get Cooking with Paula Deen, which offers one-minute tips about cooking to her listeners.

The Chew: Seasonal Spring Break Recipes
The Chew crew will also be sharing plenty of Spring Break recipes. I’m not sure what that means beyond a mixed drink or two from Clinton Kelly. Maybe we’ll see lots of great burgers and fries from the crew or other quick comfort foods on the fly. Or maybe they’ll be making foods inspired by traditional Spring Break locations, like Cajun or Mexican cuisine. We’ll have to check it out to find out!
