Steve Harvey: Having a Second Child?
Dr Elizabeth Lomabardo has this situation covered. A husband and wife aren’t sure if they should have another child. The husband says he’s good with one child, but the wife has a desire for more. She said the first thing they should do is talk about their marriage. Is their relationship strong enough to support a second child and withstand the stress and change? They should take time to figure out if they are happy enough to have a second child. A happy parent makes a better parent, she said.

Steve Harvey: Fried Gator
While Swamp People enjoy getting their gators, a lot of people don’t have gator in their daily diet. If you’re feeling up to a special occasion, Steve got a few gator recipes.
Swamp People Fried Gator Ingredients:
- 2 pound tenderized alligator meat, cut in bite size pieces
- 1 cup Swamp People Lousiana “Critter” marinade
- oil for frying
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Swamp People Fried Gator Directions:
Combine the alligator and marinade in a large plastic bag and refrigerate to marinate. Pour the oil in a large skillet to 1 inch deep and heat to 350. Combine cornmeal, flour, garlic powder, black and cayenne pepper and salt in a large plastic bag. Drain the meat and add in batches to the cornmeal bag. Shake until well coated and fry for 3 min, or until golden brown. Sit the meat on a paper towel to drain.
For a sauce to serve with the fried gator, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard, 2 tbsp prepared horseradish, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp creole seasoning. This makes a special dipping sauce for your Swamp People grub.
