Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth

Mike is taking his show Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth on a national tour. He recently had a very successful run of the show on Broadway. The show was directed by Spike Lee and produced by James L. Nederlander. The show takes a look inside the life and mind of Mike Tyson. It goes beyond headlines, misconceptions and tabloid drama to bring you a look inside his world.

Steve and Mike went head-to-head in a round of Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots. Steve swept the first three rounds of the game.

Steve Harvey: New Orleans Cooking With a Twist

These grandmas cooked a three course meal for Steve. Spaghetti and meatballs, jambalaya and white chocolate bread pudding were on the menu. I think this one sounds the best:

Anne’s Grandmother’s White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Anne’s Grandmother’s White Chocolate Bread Pudding Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 8 cups of stale french bread
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 qt. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Anne’s Grandmother’s White Chocolate Bread Pudding Instructions:

Break your french bread into chunks. Then, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the bread. In another bowl, whip the eggs, heavy cream and vanilla. Combine this mixture with the bread. Then, grease an 8 by 10 inch pan. Bake this at 350 degrees for an hour and 15 minutes. It should be golden brown.

For the hard sauce:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 to 3 egg yolks
  • raspberry liquor for color and flavor

Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Remove it from the heat and add the powdered sugar. Whisk this until smooth. Add egg yolks and blend. Cook on a low fire for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the raspberry liquor for color and flavor. Pour over the bread pudding.
