You don’t need many ingredients to whip up a great snack or treat. Rachael Ray’s kitchen buddy Sunny Anderson shared a variety of appetizers and recipe ideas you can make using only two ingredients. Rachael Ray: Sunny Anderson Cheesy Chorizo Fundido Recipe

  • 8 oz Mexican Chorizo (out of the casing)
  • 2 1/2 cups Mexican Blend Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. In an oven-safe skillet on medium high, crumble and saute the sausage until nearly crisp.
  3. Combine cheese with the chorizo.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake about 20 minutes, until cheese bubbles.
  5. You can serve this with veggies or chips as a great appetizer.

  • 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 bottle Lager or Beer

Directions

  1. Heat a sauce pot on the stove.
  2. Pour in the beer.
  3. Use a whisk to mix in a handful of the cheese.
  4. Let thicken for around 30 seconds.
  5. Whisk in the last of the cheese.
  6. Serve with pretzels as a dipper.

Rachael Ray: Sunny Anderson Ranch Biscuits Recipe

  • 2/3 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 2 1/4 cup Biscuit Mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Combine mix with ranch in a bowl.
  3. Roll dough onto parchment, spreading to approximately 1 1/4” thick.
  4. Cut dough into nine equal squares.
  5. Place biscuits on a prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake 10 minutes, until golden brown.

Sunny Anderson: Rachael Ray Pizza Dough Recipe

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups Self-Rising Flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Sift flour into a bowl.
  3. Mix yogurt into the flour.
  4. Form dough into a ball and knead it for around five minutes.
  5. Roll dough out into a rectangle in the shape of a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.

Two-Ingredient Recipes: Sunny Anderson Parmesan Crisps Recipe

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped Thyme

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Combine cheese with thyme in a bowl.
  3. Pour one tablespoon of the mix onto a prepared baking sheet and gently pat it down.
  4. Continue to do this with the remaining cheese, spacing about 1/2” between them on the sheet.
  5. Bake around four minutes, until golden crisp.
  6. Let cool before removing from the baking sheet.
