Rachael Ray: Richard Blais Pumpkin Seed Trail Mix Recipe

Rachael Ray: Richard Blais Pumpkin Seed Trail Mix

Chef Richard Blais is practically a mastermind in the kitchen, but some of his best recipes just happen to be his most simple! Richard joined Rachael Ray to explain how he transforms ordinary homemade trail mix into a fantastic fall snack, with just one addition! His Pumpkin Seed Trail Mix is absolutely delectable! Richard brilliantly suggested you take fresh pumpkin seeds and soak them in water overnight before adding spices and toasting them in the oven. That way you’re left with truly crunchy and flavorful seeds, as opposed to somewhat bland, somewhat chewy seeds. Trust me, this is one snack recipe you just have to try!
