Grant loves to prepare desserts and sweet treats, even more so when they’re easy to put together. This time he shared the recipe for a dessert that can be put together in no time, but should sit in the fridge overnight or for eight hours to chill and settle. Rachael Ray: Pumpkin Pie Trifle Recipe Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the pumpkin puree, vanilla pudding mix, milk, and pumpkin pie spice together until it begins to thicken
  2. Put the mixture into a piping bag or a large plastic zip-top bag and place in the fridge until you’re ready to build the trifle
  3. In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form
  4. Add the ginger, sugar, and salt, then whip to combine
  5. Scrape the mixture into a different piping bag
  6. Put a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a large trifle dish or glass bowl
  7. Pipe 1/4 of the pumpkin mixture over the graham crackers
  8. Put another layer of the graham crackers on top and pipe 1/3 of the whipped cream over top
  9. Keep building, alternating between whipped cream and pumpkin filling, ending with the pumpkin filling on top
  10. Put the trifle in the frige and chill for at least eight hours or overnight
