Rachael Ray: Popcorn Balls Recipe Directions

  1. Pop the popcorn in the microwave and pour into an extra-large mixing bowl, leaving out any unpopped kernels
  2. To the bowl, add candy, a little salt, and a little sugar, then toss
  3. Over medium heat, melt the marshmallows and butter until entirely melted and shiny
  4. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn mixture, then stir until it’s cool enough to handle
  5. Spray your hands with nonstick spray (to prevent sticking!) then shape the mixture into balls
  6. Put the popcorn balls onto a parchment-lined sheet pan to set
  7. Sprinkle the popcorn balls with sprinkles to finish
