Grant Melton typically works behind the scenes for The Rachael Ray Show, but every now and then he steps in front of the cameras with some incredible recipes. This time, Grant joined Rachael in the kitchen with a few snack mix recipes. Pepperidge Farm, the makers of Goldfish, recently released unique Goldfish snack mixes and Grant used them to create a homemade treat you’ll have a hard time sharing. Using Goldfish Mix Honey Mustard + Pretzel and a few other ingredients, Grant made Garlic Knot Mix! This savory snack mix is a great way to help your friends, family, or kids curb their hunger.

Rachael Ray: Garlic Knot Snack Mix Recipe

Grant’s Garlic Knot Snack Mix recipe is the perfect way to help your friends, family, or kids curb their hunger! (nathanmac87 / Flickr)

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 bag Goldfish Mix Honey Mustard + Pretzel
  • 2 tbsp butter – melted
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 C finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • handful parsley – chopped

Rachael Ray: Garlic Knot Snack Mix Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat
  3. Use a fine grater to grate the garlic into the melted butter then remove from the heat
  4. Add the dried oregano and crushed red pepper flakes
  5. In a large bowl, toss the Goldfish Mix with Parmesan cheese
  6. Pour in the garlic butter and toss until coated
  7. Put the mix into a cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool
  9. Sprinkle with parsley before serving
  10. Serve in a bowl or cupcake liners
