Because Pepperidge Farm came out with unique versions of their Goldfish snack mixes, Grant wanted to use them as the star of his homemade party mixes. With Rachael Ray’s help, Grant showed viewers how to make his Fiesta Taco Mix using Goldfish Mix Xtra Cheddar + Pretzel and other delicious ingredients. If you invite guests over a few hours before actually serving a meal, you may want to have something small for them to snack on. This mix is perfect just for that!

Rachael Ray: Fiesta Taco Snack Mix Recipe

Grant’s Fiesta Taco Snack Mix is a great way to help hold over your hungry guests until the main meal is ready. (annethelibrarian / Flickr)

  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 C dehydrated jalapeno chips
  • 1 tbsp butter – melted
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 bag Goldfish Mix Xtra Cheddar + Pretzel
  • 1 C mini tortilla chips

Rachael Ray: Fiesta Taco Snack Mix Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients together until well-mixed
  3. Pour the Goldfish Mix onto a cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool
  5. Serve in a bowl of deflated football for a festive football snack
